ARE YOU DREAMING BIG ENOUGH?

You can’t achieve your dreams unless you first define your dreams. I’ll help you dream big. Make a plan and set a schedule. Work your plan every day and watch your dreams come true!

Are you satisfied with your life? Are you following your dreams? Are you doing the work you love and making enough money to have financial freedom? Are you healthy emotionally, spiritually, physically? If not, are you worried you don’t know how to fix it? I can relate.

In 2007 I took a huge step forward to get healthy, lose weight, and take control of my life. I lost 100 pounds and changed almost everything about how I was living my life. Not only did I focus on my physical health but also on many other areas of my life. I wanted to make sure I was living the healthiest life I was capable of physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually. I wanted to work on the health of my vocation, education, relationships and my character.

Once I was on my way with physical wellness and I had begun losing weight, I turned my attention to the other areas and one by one, set big life goals for each area of my life.  When I look back on the past eight years I’m amazed at how far I’ve come – all because I set goals and worked every day toward achieving them.

Because I believe so strongly in this system, I want to share it with you. I want you to feel the same sense of purpose and accomplishment that I feel. I want you to be amazed by your own life and proud of the life you’re creating for yourself. You can do this!  And I’m going to help you achieve the best life you can.

Steady in the face of chaos

Sometime during the last week or so of August my hot water heater decided it was time to die a slow, miserable death. Rather than just die all at once, it wanted to go slowly so it kept heating water and giving me hot showers and stuff. But behind closed doors,...

Sometimes you just need to think
